Yes, Elf Town is run by the same organisers as 2016. 2017 and 2018. This year the only difference is we are Bigger and Better with lots of new additions and characters – while keeping the best of previous years.

You should allow up to 100 mins to get through the experience including your visit to Santa.

Elf Town is located in the Galway race course in Ballybrit, about 6 km outside Galway city. We are very easy accessed from the Limerick, Dublin and Sligo/Mayo road.  You can find detailed directions here.

There is ample free parking at Elf Town. The Elves will show you to your parking space.

There will be storage for prams at the entrance of Elf Town, we would ask that prams be left here on your arrival. Because Elf Town is on 4 levels it will be difficult to get around with prams. There will be plenty of seats in the different sections of elf town if you need to rest or sit down with your baby.

There is one lift servicing 4 floors at Elf Town and we are trying to keep this lift wheelchair accessible.

Yes, each floor of Elf town has toilets and changing facilities. Please ask staff members for assistance if you can not find these.

Unfortunately tickets are non refundable, if you book a ticket but realise in advance that you can not make it, if we are given enough notice we can change your time or day for you.

Yes, we are delighted to be teaming up with “BóTOWN”  who are the home of Craft Burgers.  No stone was left unturned in the pursuit of the finest local produce available.  BóTOWNs 7oz beef patties are 100% Irish and sourced from one of Ireland’s most distinguished producers, award-winning Gilligan’s Farm. As well as beef, we have chicken and vegetarian burgers, a variety of side dishes such as chicken wings, charred corn on the cob and Mac n Cheese Bacon Balls.

You can access BóTOWN either before or after your visit to Elf Town.
We will also have Santa’s Snack shop on arrival selling Tea, Coffee, Cold drinks, popcorn and other snacks.

Ticket & Accommodation packages are available with the following recommended accommodation:

The Clayton Hotel, Briarhill, Galway. 091721900

The Connacht Hotel, Dublin Road, Galway. 091381200

This year we have eliminated all queing so we ask everyone to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their ticket times. Example if your ticket is for 9.30 a.m if you arrive at 9.20 or 9.25 you will get straight in.

If you arrive too early you may be asked to wait until your booking time. The time on your ticket is your Entry time so please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before this time. There will be a tea/coffee shop available to you to wait for your time.

Shows start on the hour and every 10 mins SHARP from the hour. Door opens every 10 mins.

If you arrive late for the show you have booked in for, we will get you into the next available show, however, our capacity per show is limited so if there is no room then you will have to wait until a show comes available that is not booked out. Please note that all of our Saturdays and Sundays for 2017 and 2018 were completely SOLD OUT so it is important that you arrive for your scheduled time.

The time of your booking is the time of your entry, we encourage you to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to that time as we can not let guarantee early entry, in such circumstances there is a Tea rooms that you can wait in until your arrival time.

As we have limited space per show, everyone that enters has a cover charge. Your baby will get to visit Santa and will also get a small gift from him.

Again, due to limited space, everyone that enters has a cover charge. You receive a mulled wine and a minced pie during the course of the journey. We do require an adult to accompany a child but we do not have a maximum amount of children you can bring in with you, so basically Mammy and Daddy do not need to accompany all of your children. The choice is yours for one adult or 2 to enter Elf Town.

You are more than welcome to take pictures in Elf Town, in fact, we encourage it. We do have a professional Photography service available @ €10 per photo or €15 for two photos. This is available at the end of Elf Town when you visit Santa, you can request a professional family photo that comes in an Elf Town frame.

You can find our ticket pricing structure here.
