Yes, Elf Town 2017 is run by the same organisers as 2016, the only difference is we have a change of venue – Bigger and Better!

You should allow 1 hour and 30 mins to get through the journey including your visit to Santa. On very busy times this may run a little longer but we will endeavour to have your wait time to see Santa as short as possible.

Elf Town is located in the Galway race course in Ballybrit, about 6 km outside Galway city. We are very easy accessed from the Limerick, Dublin and Sligo/Mayo road.  You can find detailed directions here.

There is ample parking at Elf Town at NO extra cost.

There will be storage for prams at the entrance of Elf Town, we would ask that prams be left here on your arrival. Because Elf Town is on 3 levels it will be difficult to get around with prams. There will be plenty of seats in the different sections of elf town if you need to rest or sit down with your baby.

Yes, each floor of Elf town has toilets and changing facilities.

Unfortunately tickets are non refundable, if you book a ticket but realise in advance that you can not make it, if we are given enough notice we can change your time or day for you.

Yes, there will  be a canteen at the end of your experience that will be selling freshly made sandwiches and wraps, soup, pizza slices, chicken goujons, pies, sweets, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cold drinks, pop corn and snacks.

Shows start on the hour and every 15 mins SHARP from the hour. Door opens every 15 mins.

If you arrive late for the show you have booked in for, we will get you into the next available show, however, our capacity per show is limited so if there is no room then you will have to wait until a show comes available that is not booked out.

As we have limited space per show, everyone that enters has a cover charge. Your baby will get to visit Santa and will also get a small gift from him.

Again, due to limited space per show, everyone that enters has a cover charge. You will receive a mulled wine and a minced pie during the journey. We do require an adult to accompany a child but we do not have a maximum amount of children you can bring in with you, so basically Mammy and Daddy do not need to accompany all of your children. The choice is yours for one adult or 2 to come to Elf Town.

You are more than welcome to take pictures in Elf Town, in fact we encourage it. We do have a professional Photography service available @ €7.50 per photo. This is available at the end of Elf Town when you visit Santa, you can request a professional family photo that comes in an Elf Town frame.

You can find our ticket pricing structure here.

At the very end of your journey if you want to rest your feet there is a shop selling snacks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
